Both Pinnacle models fold up slim, leaving the stairs clear for family.
Slim enough for most homes
With the seat, arms and footrest folded, the SL600 sits just 10½" from the wall and the SL300 about 11". On a typical staircase that leaves plenty of room for others to walk past.
Got a doorway or hallway right at the bottom step? Ask about Harmar's automatic folding rail, which tucks the rail out of the way when the lift is parked upstairs.
How to measure your straight stairs
You don't have to measure anything — we do it at the free evaluation. But if you'd like a ballpark on the phone, here's what helps:
- Count the steps from bottom floor to top floor
- Measure the length along the front edges of the steps
- Note the stair width and anything at the top or bottom (doors, walls)
- Check for an outlet near the top or bottom
